Fort Loudoun State Historic Park Public Meetings Notice

Fort Loudoun State Historic Park will be having three public meetings to discuss the Tellico Blockhouse Project.  The park is applying for the Recreational Trails Program Grant which will fund public restrooms at the Tellico Blockhouse. The dates and times are:

Wednesday, February 28th at 10:00 A.M.

Friday, March 16th at 2:00 P.M.

Monday, March 26th at 6:00 P.M.

All meetings will be at the Visitor’s Center.  For more information and questions please contact Ranger Baghetti at 423-884-6217.  The park is located at 338 Fort Loudon Road, Vonore, Tennessee, 37885.

**FORT LOUDOUN STATE HISTORIC AREA CLOSED NOVEMBER, 20, 2017**

Fort Loudoun State Historic Area will be closed the entire day of Monday November 20th, 2017. This includes the hiking trails, fort, visitor center, Fort Loudoun road, and picnic areas. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. The Tellico Blockhouse State Historic Site and Mcghee-Carson Wildlife Management Area will still be open to the public on that day.  If you have any questions, please contact the park office.
